That’s around 4 billion people who face challenges linked to water quality and access. 1 in 4 people worldwide risk diseases like cholera and diarrhea that lead to severe illness, malnutrition – or worse because they are forced to drink from contaminated water sources. Unsafe water and hygiene practices are responsible for 700 child deaths every day.
