A Humanitarian Emergency
In the span of 1 week, over 1 million Ukrainians fled their homes in fear. According to the UN, an estimated 4 million may ultimately seek refuge in neighboring countries, with an additional 6.7 million projected to be internally displaced within Ukraine as the conflict unfolds.
In February 2022, Russia invaded Ukraine, creating a deadly and dangerous situation for innocent civilians.
Attacks on residential buildings and even hospitals have left millions in crisis. Women and children make up the majority of displaced Ukranians, and thousands of injured and vulnerable victims need our immediate assistance.
