World’s Worst Humanitarian Crisis
Widespread military conflict has taken countless lives and forced even more innocent civilians to flee from their homes.
This conflict has pushed more than 30% of Yemeni districts into famine and has disrupted trade routes and markets, restricting access to essential goods for the local people.
The Yemeni people are facing starvation, malnourishment, homelessness, violence, and unbearable living conditions.
In addition to food insecurity, at-risk Yemeni people scarcely have access to proper healthcare because only 50% of the health facilities in their areas are fully functional. Without proper care, preventable illness and death rampage communities.
In the past few years alone, more than 1.2 million suspected cholera cases have been identified and more than two thousand deaths have been cholera-related. Without your help, this health crisis could escalate.
