Deep Dive: Details on the Well
Location: Alhwadiah Village in Al-Mokha Governorate
Beneficiaries: 2,800 (approx. 400 families)
Specifications:
- Deep water well (up to 60 meters)
- Reinforced concrete water tank (2x3x4 cubic meters)
- 4 kw submersible pump, 5.5 kw submersible motor, 7.5 kw transformer
- 16 solar panels of 320 kw to run the pumping and plumbing system.
- 100 meters long, 2.5-inch diameter plastic pipes from the well to
the water tank.
