Contribute Towards A Deep Borehole Well in Kenya

Help Us Reach Our Goal

Kenya's Water Challenge

Access to safe water is essential for survival, yet in Wajir County, reliable water remains scarce due to frequent droughts. Borehole wells are a critical lifeline for communities in this arid region.

💧 Chronic Water Scarcity

Wajir is a semi-arid area with minimal rainfall, leaving communities heavily dependent on borehole wells for their daily water needs.

🛠️ Dependence on Borehole Infrastructure

Boreholes are often the only reliable source of water, but many are old, poorly maintained, or frequently break down, disrupting access.

🚱 Health Risks from Unsafe Water

Limited boreholes force families to rely on contaminated sources when wells fail, increasing the risk of waterborne diseases — especially for children.

📉 Economic and Social Impact

Long distances to functioning boreholes consume time and income, reducing opportunities for education, livelihoods, and economic stability.

From Thirst to Hope

You can help provide safe, clean water to families in need through a new borehole well in Kenya.

💧 A Proven, Lasting Solution

A single borehole well provides a dependable, sustainable water source for entire communities in Kenya’s arid regions, reducing reliance on unsafe and distant water sources.

👪 Direct Impact on Families

Reliable access to water improves health, keeps children in school, and frees women from spending hours each day walking long distances to collect water.

🚱 Saving Lives Through Clean Water

Safe drinking water dramatically reduces the spread of waterborne diseases, lowering preventable illness and death in vulnerable communities.

🫶 Your Gift Creates Lasting Change

    • Electrical cabling and control system
  • Water distribution network, including:
    • Plumbing from the borehole to the storage tanks
    • Drinking basins / water points for community access
  • Hydrological survey to determine the final drilling location and groundwater potential before drilling begins.

Project Phases:

  1. Area Selection
  2. Hydrological Survey
  3. Borehole Drilling
  4. Plumbing & Pump Installation
  5. Solar Power System Installation
