Motivational Speaker

Role Overview:

The Motivational Speaker will serve as an ambassador for Baitulmaal’s mission, delivering
impactful messages to inspire and engage diverse audiences across the country. The
speaker will participate in national events, conferences, and community gatherings,
aligning their presentations with Baitulmaal’s objectives and contributing to its fundraising
and awareness efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver inspiring and authentic presentations at national events, conferences, and
  community gatherings to promote Baitulmaal’s mission and vision.

• Tailor speeches to resonate with diverse audiences, ensuring a relatable and

  engaging experience.

• Collaborate with Baitulmaal’s Leadership team to align messages with
  organizational priorities and campaigns.

• Develop presentations that incorporate real-life impact stories, organizational
  updates, and future goals to drive interest and action.

• Represent Baitulmaal at networking events and public appearances, strengthening
  relationships with community leaders, donors, and potential partners.

• Continuously update content to reflect the latest organizational updates and to align
  with current social and global events.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a motivational speaker or similar role.
• Strong public speaking skills and the ability to engage audiences of various sizes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from
  diverse backgrounds.
• Strong storytelling ability, with experience in sharing impactful narratives that
  encourage emotional and financial support.
• Willingness to travel nationally for events and engagements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment in messaging.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events, as required.
