Reports To: Fund Development Director
Location: Remote (All Regions)
Job Type: Part-time

Role Overview:

The Project Support role is a junior-level position focused on providing administrative and
logistical assistance to the Fund Development Coordinator. This role aims to facilitate
project operations and support the Fund Development team’s efforts to engage donors
and supporters effectively. The position is minimally public-facing, focusing on behind-the-
scenes coordination to facilitate project and event success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Fund Development Coordinator in planning and executing regional
    fundraising events and initiatives.

  • Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining project schedules, tracking
    deadlines, and organizing documents and files.

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and
    arranging meeting materials.

  • Support donor communication efforts by updating databases, preparing mailings,
    and handling other clerical duties as needed.

  • Track inventory and organize event materials, including promotional items.

  • Collaborate with the team to gather data for reports, presentations, and post-event
    analysis.

  • Ensure smooth communication between internal teams by assisting with follow-ups
    and task coordination.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, support, or junior project role preferred
    but not required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a proactive
    approach to task completion.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events, as required.
